MyNirman helps customers discover home design professionals, material vendors, project ideas, saved projects, and enquiries. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

We may collect the following information when you use MyNirman:
- Account details, such as name, phone number, email address, city, role, and business profile details when provided.
- Location information, such as the city or locality you select in the app. If you grant device location permission, the app may use your device location to suggest nearby experts or vendors.
- Project and enquiry information, including project type, property type, area, timeline, style preferences, description, saved projects, enquiry responses, and replies.
- Professional or vendor profile content, such as business name, profession type, experience, service areas, budget range, bio, portfolio projects, and submitted photos.
- Photos and files you submit for portfolio or profile review.
- Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as server logs, request metadata, and app error information.
The app may also offer voice search. Voice input is handled through the device or platform speech recognition service. MyNirman does not intentionally store voice recordings.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage user, expert, and vendor experiences.
- Show relevant projects, experts, vendors, and enquiries based on selected or detected location.
- Enable enquiry creation, responses, replies, saved projects, and project workspace features.
- Review submitted profile or portfolio photos.
- Improve app reliability, security, ranking, search, and local recommendations.
- Provide support and respond to user requests.
Location Permissions
Location permission is optional. If you allow location access, MyNirman uses it to suggest nearby experts, vendors, and location-aware results. If you deny permission, the app can still work using your selected city, profile city, or other fallback location choices available in the app.
You can change location permissions at any time in your device settings.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the app, including:
- Showing relevant enquiry, project, profile, vendor, or professional details to users participating in those workflows.
- Using hosting, storage, analytics, maps, location, or infrastructure providers that help run the service.
- Complying with legal obligations or protecting users, the app, and the service from misuse.
Data Storage and Retention
MyNirman stores app data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve issues, and meet legal or operational requirements. Some app data may also be cached locally on your device so the app can show previously loaded content when the network is unavailable.
You may request deletion or correction of your information by contacting us.
Your Choices
You can:
- Choose whether to grant device location permission.
- Update selected location inside the app.
- Avoid submitting optional profile, business, or photo information.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children
MyNirman is intended for users who can independently use home design, construction, or vendor discovery services. It is not directed to children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
